I was really surprised by the spacious and comfortable room at Nh Collection Hamburg City. The layout of the room, with separate living and sleeping areas, made it feel like a cozy apartment. I loved that the TV could swivel, allowing me to watch from either the bed or the couch. The bathroom was clean, modern, and had a great shower. The hotel's location was perfect, away from the busy center but still close to nice places for food and drinks. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, with a variety of cafes and shops nearby. It was also just a short cab ride away from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The beds and sofas in the room were comfortable, providing a cozy place to relax after a day of sightseeing. the staff were available 24/7, ensuring that any needs or concerns could be addressed.
One of the downsides of the hotel was the lack of isolation or wall between the main bed and the sofa bed in the room we booked for three. The breakfast buffet was also quite expensive for the value it offered, with friends staying at a nearby hotel getting the same food for a much lower price.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city, close to various attractions and amenities. We particularly enjoyed being in St Pauli, which was vibrant and lively. The hotel was also conveniently located near Planten und Bloomen park, where we enjoyed relaxing strolls. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the air conditioning and the option to open the windows, allowing for fresh air.

The location is unbeatable, right in front of the U Bahn train station, making it easy to explore the city. We loved being close to St Pauli district, with its vibrant nightlife and great restaurants. The city center is just a short 5-8 minute walk away. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet was delicious. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.
The only drawback we experienced was the noise from the cleaning staff in the morning, which occasionally woke us up.
